At North Fork Farms we raise heritage Belted Galloways and American Milking Devons on fresh pasture and hay in the winter. These cattle are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and regenerate our farmland. Beltie beef is incredibly flavorful and, because ours is grassfed and grass-finished, it is also low in fat and calories, and full of healthy Omega fatty acids.
