Grassfed Steak Sampler
At North Fork Farms we raise heritage American Milking Devons on fresh green pastures and hay in the winter. These cattle are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and regenerate our farmland.
Although there is an occasional variation in availability, typically our grassfed steak sampler includes two each of the following steak types (total of 4-5lbs):
Tenderloin
NY Strip
Half Sirloin
Rib Steaks
