We are a small, family-owned farm located along the North Fork of the Zumbro River in southeastern Minnesota. Specializing in all-natural, pastured meats from heritage breeds, we believe in Slow Food and regenerative agriculture, farming in the image of the ancient oak savannas that still support our pasture system. By purchasing from us you will be supporting a revival of a democratic food system, and of course, getting amazing, delicious, healthy meat. Meet your farmers…
Andy O’Leary and Emily Buehler O’Leary built their home on Emily’s family farm outside of Mazeppa, Minnesota. Together with our son Jackson, we raise heritage grassfed cattle and pastured Kunekune pigs on 50acres of oak savanna bluffland above the Zumbro River. We are passionate about taking care of the land, the animals, the climate, and all of you. We are committed to the work of anti-racism, gender equity, decolonization and reclaiming humanity’s humble place in harmony with the rest of the natural world. Oh, and we are pretty darn fun too.
